Hygiene & Comfort: Renaissance is a member of The New Zealand Association of Registered Beauty Therapists Inc. and abides by the MNZARBTh Code of Ethics and the MNZARBTh Code of Practice. At Renaissance we recognise that maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic environment is imperative. When you walk into a room at Renaissance, you enter a clean, fresh, sanitary environment and can relax knowing that your services are being provided with the highest level of hygiene and skill so you can enjoy the very best experience. This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, room fragrance, conversation level or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences.

Children: Due to health, safety and insurance regulations babies and children under the age of 8 years are not permitted in the spa.

Special Considerations: If you have any allergies, special conditions (including pregnancy) or disabilities please advise us at the time of making your reservation so we can best accommodate your needs and in assist in the appropriate choice of treatment. Whilst all care is taken, we cannot guarantee that the service provided is appropriate for your medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional before undertaking any treatments at Renaissance.

The Team: Our team of skilled beauty therapists are all internationally qualified, passionate and regularly attend post-graduate training seminars and conferences. Renaissance therapists are put through regular comprehensive training to ensure our clients receive consistently high levels of service. The pleasure and satisfaction of our valued guests is of paramount importance to us.

Confidentiality: At Renaissance it goes without saying; client confidentiality is paramount. Renaissance therapists are polite and listen, confidants whilst keeping the relationship professional.

Car Parking & Accessibility: Our clinic is ground level making it easy to access and is also wheelchair accessible. Ample street parking is available and off street parking is situated behind the clinic.

Group Bookings: Renaissance is the ideal destination for a romantic couple’s treatment, hen’s party, bridal shower and any other special celebration. We would love to help you organise an experience to remember.

Changing or Cancelling your Reservation: You must advise us if you need to change or are unable to attend an appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees*. As you may appreciate, these fees compensate us for the loss of any other bookings for the room, equipment and therapist(s) and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.

*If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. Non arrivals will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. If you have not provided a holding deposit, credit card or gift card you will be charged the cancellation fee at the time of your next appointment.
