Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but if you feel necessary to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately on 033265279 or info@renaissancespa.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please return your products in their unused, original condition to:

Unfortunately we are unable to issue an exchange on goods that have been opened. All items must be received by us in their same original condition, so please pack your returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note that you will need to meet any shipping charges on returned products. All items are the customers responsibility until received by Renaissance.

It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us on 033265279 to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 15% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
