Returns and Exchanges

 
 

Return requests must be made by contacting info@renaissancespa.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your goods.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Items for exchange must be in the same condition they were sent; unopened, unused, and undamaged.  

  • Items must be returned by tracked postage and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If returned items arrive in a damaged and/or unsaleable condition they will be held for pick up or shipped back at the purchaser’s expense.

Reactions:

If we have prescribed you a product via our online prescriptions or in-clinic and you have a reaction to that product, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of purchase) info@renaissancespa.co.nz and we will find you an alternative solution tailored to your needs that you will love.

Delivery:

Within NZ: 1-3 working days. Parcels are sent with NZ Post on same day/overnight tracked courier. Rural may take 1-2 days longer depending on the destination area. 

Overseas:

We can ship anywhere! Please email us at info@renaissancespa.co.nz to arrange your overseas order.
