An Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA). Lactic Acid is naturally found in milk, molasses and the human skin whilst cosmetic products utilise commercially fermented sources. Lactic Acid helps exfoliate the skin.

An AHA known for its exfoliation and antioxidant properties. Citric acid helps exfoliate the skin.
